These unique hydrographic helmets are completely covered with stylish graphics and the designs are resistant to scratches and fading, unlike some competing products. Most of our patterns are in stock and available for immediate shipment.
Some popular designs include Army Men Khaki, American Flag Camo, American Biker, Digital Camo and Cartoon Sticker Bomb. The graphics completely cover the exterior of each helmet and will not peel or fade. Every hydrographic safety helmet is individually dipped giving it a unique design. The base helmet that we use to make our hydrographic products is the ERB™ Omega II®, and the process starts with a top coat of PPG™ automotive paint. Once the helmet receives it's top coat it's dipped into a custom ink design and a glossy clear coat is added to preserve the design.
Although the process might sound easy it's a lot of work and once you receive one of our hydrographic helmets you'll appreciate the work that went into creating it. Depending on your needs you can choose these cap style hats or their full-brim counterparts and we have both styles in stock.
